JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of a fast-paced, results-oriented information technology consulting firm, our Level 2 Technicians are responsible for providing onsite and remote support to clients. This relates to all technology, including: Workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software. This position is also responsible for developing and executing plans for small projects. We will respect and encourage your development as a person, as a professional. The two openings for position will be physically located at either our main office in Baton Rouge, LA, or our office in Metairie, LA. All interviews will be in-person at one of our offices. ?We work hard while we are at work, but we do everything possible to get everyone home on time. Full-time salary staff typically work 40 hr work weeks. While we do rotate every technical staff through a 7-day on-call schedule, after hours calls are rare.
