Associate Director, Integrated Production (Pharma)

The Associate Director of Integrated Production is a proven digital producer and traditional project manager with a passion for the creative process and emerging technologies who can lead the production of world-class experiences for large-scale client engagements. As a team leader, you will architect plans that allow the teams to create exciting work, help foster team growth and development, partner with your account peers to build and maintain strong client relationships, surmount obstacles by presenting solutions, and always endeavor to make the work better and more efficient. To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exude excellent communication skills.

Digital and pharmaceutical client account experience are required for this role.Agency experience is a must!

What Youll Do:

  • Architect the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work
  • Develop and implement executional strategies for client projects
  • Produce dynamic digital or multimedia experiences and engagements
  • Partner with clients, executives and team members to plan, scope and produce great work
  • Plan for, manage, and mitigate risk
  • Guide multi-disciplinary teams in producing great work in the smartest way possible
  • Guide continual process improvement and documentation of best practices
  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve client and team dynamics, interactions and overall collaborative spirit
  • Work with the Director of Integrated Production and head of Operations to identify best practices, processes and tools for complex client work
  • Balance the needs of clients and internal teams
  • Help provide training and mentoring to junior teammembers, as needed

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelors degree
  • You have 8 or more years of experience with multi-channel programs
  • You have prior digital or pharmaceutical agency experience (required)
  • You have prior experience leading full-year retainer engagements with over $5MM in agency billings (required)
  • You have extensive experience leading and managing pharmaceutical client accounts (patient + HCP) (required)
  • You have 2 or more years of experience leading a team
  • You possess an expert knowledge of modern digital deliverables, capabilities and processes
  • You have experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • You have knowledge of agency operations and financials (required)
  • You have demonstrated leadership skills
  • You have effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • You have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • You have PMP and/or CSM (preferred)
  • You must be open to travel as needed
  • You have holding company experience (preferred)
  • You have a robust portfolio of industry-leading projects across mediums (traditional, print, digital) with heavy experience in digital (required)
