Summary InterDigital is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Administrator to join the companys portfolio operations team, which supports the management of InterDigitals worldwide patent portfolio of more than 30,000 patents and applications. Responsibilities Work closely with the portfolio management team to process invention disclosures, supervise prosecution activities of internal and external counsel, and organize and facilitate portfolio reviews Act as a conduit between internal personnel, outside counsel and other third-party vendors to ensure adherence to established prosecution processes Work with the head of the portfolio operations team to develop and improve internal processes Ensure data integrity of the companys IP asset management software Support the acquisition or sale of patent portfolios Perform database queries and generate portfolio-related reports for use by portfolio managers, senior management and other business areas Process and follow up on departmental vendor invoices, wire payments and statements of account Qualifications 5+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution required, with significant knowledge of US, PCT and foreign jurisdiction practice Bachelor's degree, Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to communicate clearly with colleagues in the US and France Significant experience with patent databases and IP asset management software strongly preferred Ability to shift priorities quickly and re-prioritize tasks without compromising deadlines in a dynamic work environment Strong MS Excel skills Location: Princeton, NJ (preferred) or Wilmington, DE InterDigital is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not engage in or tolerate unlawful discrimination against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, immigrant status, military status, veteran status, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and/or expression), pregnancy, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, atypical heredity cellular or blood trait, marital status, family status, domestic partner or civil union status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.
